How to Make a CBT Appointment

Making a CBT appointment couldn't be easier. Using our CBT appointment schedule tool below you click 'Book an Appointment' and follow the instructions.

If you wish to have a free pre therapy 20 minute call with the therapist please select that option.

If you choose to book an appointment choose the New Client CBT therapy full payment option.

If you are an existing client or past client use the Existing Client option.

When you fill in your personal details in the notes section put what you want to use CBT for e.g. anxiety or self-esteem/confidence or phobia.

We offer a 20 minute free pre-therapy consultation with Clare to discuss your needs, this is conducted by Zoom so you can experience and be assured of the standard of service online. Please click on the 'book an appointment' button below to book this:
