This is a page for all existing cognitive behavioural therapy clients of CBT Dublin. Updates on the service CBT Dublin provides are posted here.
A recent new development is the introduction of Skype sessions. This is a tool that is becoming widespread globally in delivering therapy, it is for clients that are unable to attend in person. I have been using this since December for a few of my clients based in remote areas and it is working really well. Let me know if you would like to swap to Skype sessions, or, if you are unable to get in to the office you can let me know, as and when it suits you to use it, but please let me know 24hrs in advance.
At the bottom of this page is the online payment tool for all clients of CBT Dublin. This will enable you to pay for CBT sessions up to 12 hours before the appointment time using the secure Paypal tool, or alternatively pay by cheque or cash in session.

is below; if you want to use this you will need to pay in advance for the session or use the deposit method of 30 Euro to secure the session and then the outstanding balance can be paid either here on Paypal or in session with cash or cheque. You can still schedule in the session with my diary too.
Tip for the month:
While the weather makes it easier to jump in the pool, why not go swimming. Swimming is a great way to reduce anxiety and is less stressful on the body. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends swimming for improving your mental health. The center cites research that indicates that swimming regularly can improve your mood and decrease your anxiety.So get swimming!
